I specialize in Web Development, or websites and web applications. I am responsible for managing the developer team and organizing the work flow. 

What I do:

1. I analyze the market and collect data about target audience using Customer Development method

2. I prototype the future product together with the client and test these prototypes

3. After the prototype proves to be successful, I create clear tasks for the development team and manage their work

4. I communicate with my clients as often as possible and tell them about every single thing we do, as well as I get their approval of every new developed functions and of every little change

5. After finishing the product itself, I work together with marketing specialists to develop a suitable marketing strategy

During my working experience I learned to work together with end-users, communicate with them and take into account their needs and wishes, create a product that will suit them, and make sure that this product is going to be successful. I have already worked with a number of large clients as well as small start-ups.

My core skills are:

• Customer Development method: my products are user-oriented and have better chances to succeed.

• Agile development method lets me change the way of product development at any moment without great money and/or time loss.

• UX design, as I plan the way users go through websites and apps together with a designer.
