Grigorios Fisikopoulos

I am an Electrical Engineer with a strong background in renewable energy projects, specializing in the construction and supervision of photovoltaic (solar) parks. Since January 2024, I have been working as a Site Engineer at Metlen Energy & Metals, where I oversee electrical and mechanical installations, ensure quality and safety compliance, and coordinate multidisciplinary contractors to deliver projects within strict deadlines.

My professional journey also includes hands-on experience in electrical systems, automation (PLC programming), and security installations, giving me a holistic technical foundation. Additionally, my long-standing involvement as a referee and event coordinator in judo competitions has enhanced my leadership, decision-making, and organizational skills under pressure.

Currently, I am graduate studies in Electrical & Computer Engineering at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, while preparing for my post graduation MBA in Business Administration at European University Cyprus, aiming to combine technical expertise with strategic management. My career goal is to drive innovation and sustainability in large-scale renewable energy projects, creating long-term value for both organizations and society.
