I am a hardworking individiual, i want to achieve something in life, when i get pressured i always take it as a challenge and i dont end the day without learning anything. Ive been in a call center industry for roughly 4 yrs and a half, ive handled so many accounts in U. S such as financial, healthcare, telco and sales. I have a good

communication skills and also good in writing. I always get an award and always on top and get incentives because of my hardwork. I love helping people and i do it by heart. I am a dedicated person who values everything, people and opportunity, english is not my first language but im thankful because by working in a call center, it enhanced my way of speaking english language. Over all i rate it 10/10. I lost my job because of pandemic and i cant let the day pass being un productive. I need this job and i like to try working as a freelancer. Thank you and be safe!
