I am a dedicated Quality Assurance Analyst with nearly five years of hands-on experience ensuring the quality of web-based software applications. Over the course of my career, I have specialized in manual testing, developing detailed test plans, and performing thorough regression and functional testing to guarantee reliable and user-friendly releases.

My journey in QA began after completing my degree in Computer Science at the Universidade Federal de Lavras, complemented by an exchange program at Rowan University (USA), where I deepened both my technical skills and my ability to collaborate in diverse, multicultural environments. Since then, I have worked on projects across industries, with a strong focus on web platforms that require precision, attention to detail, and close alignment with both product and engineering teams.

In practice, I have written comprehensive test cases from business requirements, tested new features and bug fixes, and documented reproducible defects with clarity for development teams. I enjoy the problem-solving nature of QA work, often spotting issues or usability gaps that may be overlooked by others. My colleagues and managers have consistently recognized me for my eye for detail, structured approach, and commitment to improving not just the product but also the testing processes themselves.

Beyond manual QA, I have experience with automation fundamentals, including Java + Selenium and Cypress for web UI testing, as well as Postman for API validation. While my current strengths are in manual testing, I am motivated to expand my automation expertise further, as I believe hybrid QA skills are essential in today’s fast-paced software development environments.

What excites me most about QA is its direct impact on the end-user experience. I see my role not only as finding defects but also as contributing to product excellence, ensuring that customers interact with software that is intuitive, stable, and enjoyable.
