I have been in the BPO industry for 9 years, I handled Technical Support which troubleshoots internet cable and TV and phones which I got promoted as a Subject Matter Expert after only a few months. I also handled Customer Service to a Car rental service and got promoted as a Team Leader afterward. As a Team Leader, I learned how to facilitate the development of agent performance by conducting coaching sessions. Providing data analytics to operations for process and development improvement, I also handled the Payroll of my team members.

Before entering BPO, I was a practicing shipment supervisor handling door to door delivery and port to port. I organize legal shipping documents, customs clearance, and provides the status of the shipment to the client. I also supervise warehouse employees and drivers to make sure all items are prepared, shipped, and received on time while complying with company policy. I act as a liaison between workers and management and report on shipping activities and issues. As a Logistic officer, I also plan warehouses and distribution centers for efficiency in both operations and capacity. Organized transportation activities, including storage of goods, managing information accrued from point of origin to delivery, orchestrating transportation movements, and arranging for services as necessary.
