Over 2.5 years we executed 30 College Fraternity and Sorority Events, generating 300k in revenue. 7 Events had an attendance of 1000+ students. ● Leader - Lead the strategy and kept up the wellbeing of our partially distributed fulltime team of 5, Lead the recruitment process for over 30 different freelancers for photos, videos, production equipment, venues, artists, transportation, porta potties, fire departments, hotels, along with 2 interns, 3 paid employees. ● Sales - Personally converted $120k in door to door and online sales. ● Engineering - Designed and received provisional patent in Dec 2018 for our proprietary crowd engagement technology Founder, Collective Consciousness, Fully Distributed Team ● Founder - Co-founded our fully distributed personal growth reading group with 8 currently active members. ● Leader - Ensure that all members feel comfortable expressing and explaining all they have read, in a group setting. ● Consistently hold 2 meetings per week for one hour and created group accountability for learning.
