An individual employee with a concentration on providing administrative assistance to their clients from a distant location—typically a home office—is known as a General virtual assistant. A virtual assistant may usually perform chores such as making calls, scheduling trips, handling email accounts, and organizing appointments. These are just a small portion of the categories where I can aid you. Do you require assistance? If so, I believe I can assist you. But first, allow me to introduce myself.
I'm a mother of three sons and a native of the Philippines titled Emmalene. Late last year, I started freelancing. Since then, I had already participated actively in free webinars and paid courses. I've discovered something about myself since I started to work as a virtual assistant. I work in an organized way. Depending on the importance of the files, I organize or sort them. I usually use some tools in organizing files, details, appointments, and to do things. It just so appealing in the eyes every time you see things organized.
I was taught as a previous Social Media Manager to be highly precise in every piece of content I create. Everything, from the copy to the creatives, should be an efficient approach to target our audience. Being a goal-oriented individual, I also have a set of goals that I insist on reaching to the fullest extent. I need specific instructions when I'm working. To be completely honest, I find it difficult to engage when the instructions are not detailed.
I appreciate moral honesty and truthfulness because I think they are the cornerstones of a solid foundation. I always have respectful and friendly interactions with my clients. I treat them as new friends, not just as acquaintances. The quality of our work will increase as our friendship does. Because of this methodical approach, I'll develop knowledge more about the freelance industry considering that the more I know, the more I can do to aid my clients. Earning money is very important to me but gaining friends is a big achievement for me. Being an introvert having a friend is something to celebrate.
