I made a negotiation before, meeting half way in order for the customer to pay her outstanding balance than to give some adjustments. And I was recognized as one of the agents that has no adjustments that was made towards the customer’s account but still providing great results

         I also was able to provide best customer satisfaction for receiving perfect surveys from our customers. And with that, I have contributed to the performance of the whole cluster that I am in.

               I haven’t encountered any error especially with the navigation although it was taught to us step by step but since I can work with less supervision I was able to maneuvered it.
