I have 5 years of experience working in customer service and I have developed strong
communication and interpersonal skills throughout my career. I have a natural ability to
build rapport with customers and I de-escalated calls to ensure customer satisfaction is
met. I have experience in handling a high volume of customer service and sales calls ,
and I am confident that I can do the same for your company.
During my time at both Conduent and Centerfield I was always recommended to train
and guide new recruits on what is expected at the company.Furthermore, I am also
