I have experience working as a Lead Generation Specialist. My task is to do scrapping leads from Yellow Pages Australia and various websites, maintaning a database of leads and responsible in cleaning it up. I also have knowledge to some tools such as mailtester.com, snov.io, neverbounce and hunter.io to verify the email address of a prospect lead to prevent bouncing of email.

I also have experience working as an Email Marketing Assistant. My task is to send email marketing campaigns to different industries in Australia to promote products, current promos and update the distro list for any typo errors, bounces and duplicates. I also have knowledge to some CRM tool such as hubspot to send email marketing campaigns.

I also have knowledge and skills in web scraping to generate leads, content creation and graphics design using canva, doing reports using google data studio, google sheets, social media management and non voice customer support.

I am one of the admins of facebook page of "Manulennials Mentality". We give financial tips and advises to our prospect clients to achieve their financial goals thru investment and insurance.

I was employed in Digitel Mobile Phils. Inc. as Customer Solutions Officer for almost 7 years. I'm doing customer service (face to face), handling inquiries, request and complaints, selling and offering different postpaid plans and acts as an Officer in charge in the absence of Branch Manager and Branch Officer.
