I have been in BPO industry for 14 years.
I started my career way back on 2011 which I was hired as an Outbound specialists. I experienced Telemarketing, Appointment Setter, Data Entry and Healthcare Account . I have been a consistent top agents and because of that I got promoted as a Team Leader, where I experienced handling sales team, Coach team members and Setting strategy and goals.
In 2014 I tried a career changed and hired as Technical Support Specialist in ATT U-verse where I learned and experienced to Identify, troubleshoot and Resolve repairing faults and network issues like VoIP (voice over internet protocol).
At 2018 I tried different line of work which I was hired as Costumer Service Representative - Inbound Retention. It’s a fashion account where we are convincing our members to keep their membership. We also assisted our our member in placing order and checking the order status.
Being a goal oriented and keeping a good KPI scores after a year and half I got promoted as a Tier 2 Escalation Specialists. Which I handled escalation calls or costumer asking for higher support or supervisor.
