I am Grace San Francisco-Villanueva. I worked as Document Analyst for 4 years in Data Research Corp (2003-2007). I conducted researches and verify data. Locate property as stated in the contract and title provided by the clients.
I shifted to E-Konek Pilipinas (2007-2009) as Helpdesk Analyst and promoted to Marketing Assistant. I handled client's database, marketing and customer service. I resolved customer’s request and complaints requiring analysis of situations. I also establish and maintain strong client relationship through regular close contact account via phone calls and email communications.
But because the income was not sufficient, I transferred to SPI Technology and worked as Customer Service Representative (2009-2013). I performed research for companies, schools and universities to verify employment histories and educational backgrounds.
After working in SPI Technology, I shifted to EXL Service Philippines, Inc (July 2013 – July 2014) and worked as Customer Service Associate. I handled Traveler’s Premium Audit. I am responsible in checking the status of audit, checking the receipt of documents and Tax Forms.
Currently, I am working as Customer Service Representative in West – Alorica Philippines. I am under Retention Department. I handle customers who are trying to cancel the service. The pressure in my current job is too high but I find it very challenging and fulfilling specially if you convince and keep them as a customer.
