In my current role, I handle customer inquiries, track and resolve order issues, process returns and exchanges, and manage backend workflows across multiple systems. I’m comfortable working with Shopify and fulfillment platforms, as well as tools like Zoho CRM and Monday.com.
I also handle shipment tracking, customer follow-ups, and dispute resolution (including Klarna), making sure issues are resolved clearly and efficiently.
