I specialise in ecommerce customer support with hands-on experience processing order exchanges, resends, and postage/tracking queries daily. I work directly inside Shopify to look up and manage orders, and I use Google Sheets to track and monitor fulfilment activity across shipments.

I also handle shipment tracking across UPS and Hermes, manage tasks and customer interactions through Zoho CRM, and process fulfilment operations end-to-end — from checking stock availability to creating postage labels and resolving delivery issues.
