I'm a call center agent for more than 10 years now. I used to sell products or services over the phone. I'm also keen in saving our customer for those who wants to leave our company. I'm one of the top seller or income generator of our account. I also became part of the escalation team, wherein all calls that I'm receiving are all supervisor call. Recognizing complaint and record it properly. I'm also validating the sale and saves of the whole account. Making sure all saves and sales are meets the standard of our the clients. I'm also communicating to the customer through email, sending a response to their request, raising dispute in behalf of the customer. I could say that i can work under pressure as some of my task have deadline and I'm able to finish it ahead of time.
