I support short-term rental businesses as a Guest Relations Specialist and Operations Cordinator, working across platforms like Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, and direct bookings, with Hostaway and Breezeway as the channel manager.
My focus is on making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes while guests have a seamless experience from booking to checkout. I handle guest communication, reservation support, direct bookings, payment follow-ups, promotions, and review management so nothing slips through the cracks.
