Achievements-Office Management
Came up with a office consumable replenishment system that ensured that the supply was available for use by staff all the time using minimal time by coordinating, communicating and agreeing with the supermarket on the most effective, efficient way of having the products available within the least time possible. This meant having a comprehensive order request and LPO that enable the supermarket staff to pack the consumable for our collection;
Achievements:-Inventory Management Database
Devised a system whereby all the inventory procured at the Regional officer were captured from the cashbook and as per inventory guidelines and inventory template provided.
Staff Contact list
I was charged with the responsibility of compiling and updating of DRC staff contact list i.e. adding newly recruited staff and updating data of the existing staff as need arose.
Achievements-Human Resource
Recruited Admin Assistant, Office Assistant and Guesthouse Housekeeper for DRC Nairobi.
Assisted in recruitment of 1 Head cook, 4 Construction Foreman, for DRC Kenya Programme in Dadaab while in my capacity as Administration Officer

Achievements-Liaison
Lead the team in ensuring smooth transition of NSP from CARE Kenya to DRC. Ensured NSP staff understood DRC policies & procedures. That the staff understood DRC benefit package. Point of contact between DRC & NSP in charge of receiving & logging requests from NSP. Capacity building on Flight bookings, payroll management & compiled and managed the NSP inventory list.
Achievement –Administration
Devised a way of ensuring continuous and uninterrupted supply of both voice and modem services and also devised an internal problem solving channel for both voice and modems, activation of new postpaid lines and roaming services. This reduced the time utilized troubleshooting at Safaricom customer service center’s by almost 75% through email communication.
