I have 18 months of home-based customer service/admin experience for an electrical company in Western Australia and 8 years total of office-based order/data entry, customer service and technical support for US based organizations.
Prior my home-based employment, I have a wide range of experience in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry and has grown very familiar with the processes. I have been a constant performer in all Lines of Businesses I was assigned to—from being a customer service and technical support representative to being a member of a collections team. With these experiences, my English language proficiency has greatly improved and broadened. Communications will never be an issue.
I am well versed with system tools such as MS Office and Google Suite.
