I am Grace Anne Marie G. Barcelona, 32 years old from the Philippines, holding a degree of Bachelor of Science in Nursing. My relevant work background includes serving as a Customer Service Associate within both the call-center and retail environment in my previous job in the BPO industry. I worked in AT&T a telecommunication, Television and Internet Service provider based in the US where I worked as a Sales/Billing/Technical Support agent for a few years.

My responsibilities include offering all the products and services to the customer, upgrade, up-sell services, handles customer billing issues and resolve technical concerns.

I demonstrated the ability to resolve a variety of issues and complaints such as billing disputes, service interruption, or cut-offs, repair technician delays or no show and equipment malfunctions.I consistently met my call-volumes and sales quota.

I also bring to the table strong computer proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM database applications.
