Dear Ms/Mr. HR Manager. I am a camera operator with more than 20 years of experience based in Madrid, Spain. I decided to retrain and enter the exciting world of programming and computing which fascinates me and I have spent time in this difficult situation in which we have been involved. I am collaborating in the creation of a mobile application with Java language using PostgreSQL and Spring. I can adapt and learn very fast. I have been studying Java and Python programming on my own since April 2020. With Python I have finished the online course "Fundamentals of Computing" which consists of 7 parts: "An introduction to interactive Programming in Python part 1 and 2", "Principles of computing part 1 and 2", "Algorithmic Thinking part 1 and 2" and "The Fundamentals of Computing Capstone Exam" with Rice University in Houston, Texas. I have been 4 years as a technical manager in a mediacompany also in charge as IT technical support L2. I am currently working at Ericsson as a L2 IT support technician. I am a proactive person, with great learning ability, highly motivated and eager, decisive, agile, creating good atmosphere with colleagues at work. I adapt very easily to new roles at work learning and solving any task assigned to me. I can also perform the following technical tasks without problems: - Mac and PC computer equipment configuration. - Maintenance of computer networks (local networks, testing of connected equipment). - Checking communications and resolving IP telephony incidents. - Configuration management of local equipment to facilitate remote printing on local and network printers. - User management, mail accounts. - Hardware maintenance (computer components, cleaning, projectors...). - Installation of peripherals (printers, scanners, cameras, microphones...). - Maintenance of the Wifi network, permissions, filters... -Active directory. -Backup with tapes. -Computer layout and formatting. From my experience, both worlds, computer and audiovisual, are closely related, so my contribution can be interesting. I also speak English perfectly due to my 4 years living abroad and I am fluent in Italian and Portuguese. I am also a native Catalan/Valencian speaker.
