I started my career after I completed my Bachelor's Degree as an Intern Clerk under Government Internship Program. After the contract, I decided not to renew because of delayed payments. Fortunately, I got hired as Oppo Brand Ambassador and learned the techniques in selling, and I even one of the top agents who got sales for a month. Since, I want to change in career direction and looking for better career prospects, professional growth, and work opportunities I decided to apply to a BPO Industry which is a fast-growing industry. I worked as a customer advocate for three years, it's a healthcare insurance company. Handling both inbound and outbound calls. It's about providing members benefits and managing their claims. We were trained for six months before endorsing to the production floor. I always make sure that every call I make I provided a good quality in service as our mission is to help members get the most from their benefits and always providing a clear path to care. The most unforgettable experienced was getting a commendation both from members and clients for helping members with their concerns. I worked only for 3 years. The reason I need to leave my job is that the management does not consistently provide their employees the right schedule and consideration and the incentives we're not properly paid and because of that, I decided to look for an online job, which is a home-based job where you can remotely work from home. I tried the ESL company, but it won't work for me because of the high penalty and that lasted for six months and I applied to the eCommerce industry, which I work for almost a year. In the eCommerce industry, I was able to learn about handling customers' orders and rebutting cancellations, update some important details in CRM and negotiate with customers to buy the product.
