About

I am a highly organized and dedicated administrative professional with over five years of experience supporting teams, executives, and customer-facing operations across various industries. With a background that spans roles such as Executive Assistant, Administrative Support Officer, Project Assistant, and Customer Service Representative, I have developed a well-rounded skill set that allows me to adapt quickly and contribute meaningfully in fast-paced environments.

Throughout my career, I’ve consistently demonstrated my ability to manage multiple responsibilities at once, from scheduling meetings and coordinating travel to maintaining records, organizing events, and communicating with clients. I take pride in being detail-oriented and proactive, often anticipating needs before they arise. Whether I’m managing calendars, responding to customer inquiries, or supporting a team through a high-pressure project, I remain calm, focused, and solution-driven.

One of my key strengths is communication. I enjoy building positive relationships with colleagues, customers, and vendors, and I always aim to represent the organization with professionalism and warmth. I’m also tech-savvy and comfortable with a range of digital tools, including Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Trello, Zoom, and basic CRM systems. I’m a fast learner and open to improving my skills through training and experience.

Currently, I serve as an Admin/Project Assistant at Diversity Advancement Network, where I support community-focused initiatives, manage project communications, and coordinate events and webinars. I also have experience in customer service roles, handling product inquiries, order fulfillment, and feedback resolution.

What drives me is knowing that the work I do behind the scenes helps others do their jobs better. Whether it’s creating structure, solving a small problem, or offering timely support, I believe administration is the quiet engine that keeps organizations moving forward.

Outside of work, I have a passion for personal development, storytelling, and exploring new technologies. I’m currently pursuing an MBA at the University of Lagos to expand my leadership and strategic skills.

In all that I do, I strive to be reliable, resourceful, and positive. I look forward to bringing that energy into every role I take on and making a real difference wherever I go.
