Started on 2014 leading a cross-functional team of 15 delivered major OTT projects with over $1.3 Million budget.
Launched and developed IPTV and TV Boxes project successfully. Worked with both internal and external
stakeholders and sponsors for TV box project. Developed and implement IT policies and best practice guides for
the organization, fully in charge of the organization Trademark management process and continuously managed
On Demand project since 2011. I Managed the customized development of company's CRM & ERP on Bitrix24
platform. I worked in both Waterfall and Agile environments. I’ve started implementing Agile in my team starting

Started as VOD project manager. Developed and launched SVOD platform on 2011 and as of today it has over 1
million subscribed users all around the world. Managed a team of developers, UI/UX designers, content
moderators and customer support team. Worked with the most popular CDN providers like Akamai, create and
maintain a long lasting perfect relationship with them.
I was in charge of analyzing the business needs for this project all the way from technical aspect to budgeting the
project, determine system structure and design and developed the business model. Always generated workflow
diagrams and user stories for each and every business process through our projects and worked with 3rd party
vendors for our content delivery and our physical data storage.
Frequently performed UAT and QA during the project life cycle. As SVOD provider UAT was one of the most
important processes of our projects. UAT were implemented as a free beta trial version and through an in-house
testing team.
