At LG Electronics South Africa, I served as Head of Marketing, where he led national strategy across marketing, sales, e-commerce, and brand experience. Under his leadership, LG delivered exceptional results — including a 56% year-on-year sales increase, one of the strongest performances in the company’s local history. Lucky also spearheaded the “Life’s Good” rebranding campaign, generating over £6 million in PR value within just five months.

His approach is simple: combine data, creativity, and deep customer understanding to build strategies that work. Lucky strengthened pricing frameworks, enhanced in-store communication, and aligned Sales, E-commerce, Logistics, and Product teams toward a single vision of growth.

Before becoming Head of Marketing, I was a Digital Marketing Specialist where I shaped LG’s digital ecosystem — leading CRM, SEO, SEM, paid media, web content, social channels, analytics, and the launch of the LG.com/za e-commerce platform. I developed internal brand guides, trained teams and agencies, and ensured flawless global brand compliance.

My digital foundation was built through leadership roles at Vodacom, Mediacom, Reprise Media Africa, ClickMaven, and Osiris Trading. Across Africa, he drove search strategy, optimised media spend, improved ROAS, and contributed to major wins for brands like VW Group and Coca-Cola.
