I work as Reporting Manager, responsible for developing and establishing a meaningful system of reports to meet management needs and required information to donors. Coordinating program leads to provide leadership, mentoring, and support to program staff training. I maintain overall quality assurance by processing reports to edit, identify issues, recommend remediation plans for the country program, and follow up with teams for timely submission.

I have previously worked as Assistant Technical Officer, monitoring and evaluation, I was responsible for conducting routine monitoring of source data, offering technical support and innovative ideas for prompt project delivery, influencing the application of monitoring and evaluation tools, and preparing documents with efficient data interpretation for data entry. I leveraged appropriate mechanisms to deliver quality services, such as collaborating with the logistics team to reduce quality services, such as collaborating with the logistics team to reduce the turnaround time by 75%, site supervision for data quality assessments, and monthly reports preparation for audit trail and compliance.

I am highly motivated, dedicated, and detail-oriented, with program management communication, problem-solving, time management, and negotiation skills. I can work efficiently with no supervision and independently. I have also acquired over eight years of experience in program management and have been certified in project management for development professionals from APMG International. I have excellent leadership and management skills with certificates in Leadership and Management in Health from the University of Washington, the Emerging leader’s program from State University Portland, and Mercy Corps. Through these, I contributed and led to the successful delivery of projects and capacity building for program staff.
