Glydale Acamosa

I am Glydale Acamosa, but you can call me Gly. I worked for a BPO company for 6 months and 3 weeks, handling incoming calls under Verizon sales and services. My task was to deliver exceptional service, promptly address customer needs, and contribute to a positive customer experience, which included handling billing issues, providing technical support, and addressing other related concerns. Additionally, I worked as a loan clerk for a lending company for one year. My role there was to assist customers with their loan applications, perform background checks to determine their eligibility for loans and handle paperwork, including encoding customer payments.
