My first experiences with work are with famous hotels here in our city. I've worked as a front office clerk and an outlet cashier. I was able to work in a security agency office as an accounting clerk and a private school's secretary of the director. I also have worked as an Amazon customer service expert. And the recent wok experiences I have were from the BPO industry as a customer service representative.

The dedication I give to my work is what I believe will be valuable to the job that I will be tasked to do. In my work experiences being generally in a customer service, I honed my abilities in providing my best, not only with handling our customers’ concerns but in supporting my colleagues and bosses as well, which I believe would be a foundation for the any job position. My communication strength, people-centric nature, and eagerness to please have afforded me excellent customer service skills.

I have knowledge in Microsoft Offices, Google Docs/Sheets, Clerical/Admin works, handling Social Media accounts and other tools or platform such as Zendesk, Asana, Shopify and Amazon, which I believe can be used in any virtual job position. I am excited to contribute my strengths and proficiency in being a team player toward any new field. As an extroverted and personable communicator with a proven track record in my field, my focus on building strong relationships with work and giving output has been a valuable asset throughout my career.
