Gloria Osademe

I am a passionate teacher, scholar and researcher in management sciences and a committed practitioner in the field of furthering knowledge in management sciences and help organizations to grow by teaching, conducting research and corporate training PO. The academic path that I have followed demonstrates my interest in perfection and lifelong learning. My educational qualification is a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Business Administration at Lagos State University, M.Sc. in Business Administration at the National Open University of Nigeria and B.Sc. in Business Management at Ebonyi State University. These academic performances have equipped me with a sound base in strategic management, knowledge management, research methodology, data analysis and entrepreneurial development which are my main areas of specialization.

My professional experiences have been diversified through research in academia, business training, and high school. I am presently an Adjunct Lecturer in Research Methodology at the Lagos State College of Health Technology, where I assist students with their academic development, through teaching, supervision, and mentoring. I am also a Student Project Supervisor and Examiner at Global Wealth University where I advise undergraduate and postgraduate studies on how to do the research. Outside of the academic field, I am employed as a Corporate Trainer with the Modern Management Solutions, where I design, facilitate, and assess training programs to improve the performance of employees, workplace ethics, and organizational adherence.

I started my career as a teacher of Economics and Commerce in the secondary school and through the years I have been involved in higher education teaching, research and professional training. This development shows that I am flexible, can develop, and transfer knowledge to various learning settings. I have written a lot of articles in peer reviewed journals and have given papers at international conferences. My studies cut across learning, strategic onboarding, organizational culture, teleworking, and effectiveness of technological innovations to businesses. Such contributions demonstrate how committed I am towards creating knowledge to both the literature and practical solutions to organizational issues.

In addition to academia and professional interests, my hobbies involve mentorship, ethical leadership, and implementing research to real-life problems. I am a reader, writer, traveller, and team sports person, which keeps me stable and receptive to new outlooks. I am a family-oriented person as well, who believes in the personal development as well as career and school life.

In every activity that I do, I endeavor to combine academic and practicality in such a way that my activity is meaningful in both the classroom and the corporate. My posterity goal is to keep on influencing the future generation of leaders, researchers, and professionals who will spearhead innovation, ethics, and sustainable development in Nigeria and other parts of the world.
