I am also an expert in Customer Service support for one of the largest E commerce platform (Amazon.com) for both US and Australian customers, I worked for 8 years in a large Call Center. I assist customers from order placing, inquiries on delivery and where's my stuff concerns, assist in refund and return order process, payment updates and missing and escalated order concerns. I also provide email, ticket creation and do follow up with customer as needed. I am very passionate when it comes to customer service as my goal is definitely Customer Obsession.
