I have years of experience in Customer Service (chat, email and phone Support), Telemarketing, Fraud Analysis, Order Processing, Inbound Appointment Setting and Dispatching. I worked in the BPO industry since 2006 until March 2019. I currently work as a chat support but I am still looking for other part time job and I know that I can still give my best for that part time job that I will have.
