I am hard working, honest and dedicated worker. I am a registered nurse with over 6 years experience in the field of profession. I have been exposed to hospital setting taking care of real patients and have experienced dealing with clinical/medical documentations. I have experienced working as a medical reviewer doing chronological summary and reviewing medical record to check for missing documentation or checking for physician's notes that might show any evidence of patient neglect/ abuse with exposure to all fields. My experienced as a medical reviewer and as a nurse has taught me what information is relevant and needed to produce accurate and good quality reports. I also received online training about data entry, medical transcription, social media management and Internet research. I do meet deadline and don't make promises i can't keep. I always give my very best to provide excellent service. I am willing to be trained and be taught in order to provide the best outcome.
