i worked as a human resource assistant for almost a year in a big electronics production company. Aside from clerical works and other function of human resource assitant we are mainly responsible in providing needed manpower inside the company . We are responsible in pooling and sourcing possible candidates or applicants outside and inside the company, we are responsible in receiving manpower request form different departments, endorsing of possible applicants, contacting applicants and scheduling of interview, we are responsible in scheduling of examination and initial interview of applicants,coordinating with supervisors and bosses regardimg manpower request, endorsememt of id's and uniforms and newly hired to departments, filing of 201 files. Before that, i worked as an activity staff in beach and nature club for almost a year, pir department is responsible in leisure and recrestional activities of our guests.e are handling different outlets related to recreational activities and i am responsible in kiddie area.
