I have the experience of being an administrative virtual assistant for more than 4 years now for an educational platform based in Japan. I have done pretty much whatever my client would ask me to do such as to tutor English to him and to other students, make English materials, organize schedules, send emails to other tutors, create and/or edit the website using Wix. I have completed every task with extensive research and self-learning. I believe if I were to be trained on completing a certain task, then, I have no doubt that I would do even better. I am a quick learner. I learn and gain much knowledge whether I do it alone or with proper training, it would, however, affect the time and effectivity of my performance.
I also have experience as a customer service representative for a financial account and my experience in the service industry has taught me how to meet and exceed each and every customer's expectations with service that sells. I have assisted all types of customers, sometimes irate customers. Thus I have developed efficient phone manners and an ability to deal with disgruntled customers.
I believe that my experience as a customer service representative has helped me hone my organizational skills, communication skills, and patience. It has also helped me learn to think on my feet on possible solutions that would be adequate to solve customer issues and concerns.
