I've been in a BPO or call center industry for more than 5 years already wherein I worked as a Customer Service Representative (Inbound), Collections agent (outbound and sales) and a Sales and Retention Specialist. Recently, I was an Email and Chat support Representative as well as a Customer Service Manager for a homebased job wherein the company is based in the UK but our clients are located in different part of the world. I am a very responsible person when it comes to work. When a task is assigned to me, I make sure that I finished it ahead of time to the best of my ability. I am also flexible when it comes to working hours, which means I can do a rotating shifting schedules. I am very hardworking and honest person.
