My name is Girma, and I am a dedicated and results-driven Virtual Assistant and IT professional with over 5 years of hands-on experience in technology and administrative support. I hold a BSc degree in Information Technology from Assosa University and am certified in Virtual Assistance through ALX Africa.

Currently, I serve as a Senior Network Engineer at the private organizatios Employees social security Administration (POESSA), where I manage critical tasks such as bid document preparation, evaluating vendors for advanced datacenter infrastructure (including SDN fabric and HCI support), and handling massive pension data traffic for registration and contribution processes. This role has equipped me with strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.

In parallel, I offer Virtual Assistant services that include data entry, scheduling, email handling, web research, file management, report formatting, and social media support. My background in IT allows me to provide efficient and tech-savvy solutions for businesses that require both administrative and technical help.

I am highly organized, proactive, and committed to delivering quality work. Whether I’m coordinating project documents, assisting with system administration tasks, or supporting executives remotely, I always aim to exceed expectations. I’m also a fast learner and adapt quickly to new tools and platforms like Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Trello, Slack, Zoom, and more.
