Job Description:
As a Loan Closer, we assemble, prepare and verify closing documents during the completion of
real estate transaction. Once a Mortgage loan is approved and an offer is made and accepted, the loan closer coordinates all aspects of the closing process and ensures that all terms of the sale are met.
Verify condition are cleared prior to close, interest rate if correct, title is clear with the proper vesting and legal description, coverage on home-owners insurance is correct and perform a quality check for accuracy on the loan package being presented to the borrower(s)
Complete the buyer closing disclosure, send figures to the title company and approved CD on loans closing at the title company.
Balance the settlement statement, insuring all funds disbursed balance with incoming funds, and that all lender credits should be entered accurately and correctly.

Job Description:
As a Suspense Clearing Analyst, we will review closed mortgage loan documents for accuracy, validate compliance requirements are met, and prepare the loan for purchasing and boarding. Upon review, we utilize Chase imaging system and LOS to enter all loan information while meeting standards for quality and productivity.
Compare data from the Chase LOS system to the documents on the imaging system
Identify exceptions and correct on appropriate system or collaborate with internal business partners to resolve
Extract specified data from certain documents and log accordingly
Report and / or log exceptions for tracking
Provide input to supervisor or department lead in regard to unusual issues discovered during review process
Provide assistance to peers with their workloads if required.
Work special projects or other duties as assigned.
