Hi I'm Girlie , I worked as a Recruitment Officer for 2 years in a Recruitment Agency , I do office works like documentation , sending emails and proposals for possible partnership with other companies, encoding in excel or google sheet , looking for our possible partners or employers in United Arab Emirates , looking for applicants that will fit our Job vacancies, I make ads for our flyers and online ads, I am the one in charge in booking hotel reservations for our employer and also for our venues to conduct our mass hiring interviews , I do phone calls , outsourcing and sometimes conducting a short interview to the applicants .
