Role &Job Responsibilities:

As Process Associate:

• Entering customer and account data from source documents within time limits.
• Compiling, verifying the accuracy, and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry.
• Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities, and checking output.
• We are Order processing and working on many Tools like CRM, OMT, SAG, Telegence-Tools, Capture Tool, OCE Tool, and OPUS Tool.
• It is our responsibility to Working with 100% Quality Accuracy and SLA Mate
• Adhere to the SLA.
• Ensure that given targets are achieved.
• Maintain 100% Quality in the Work Done.
• Try to minimize self- absenteeism.
• Effective handling of various assignments under the supervision of my team leader.
• Try to get cross-trained on every aspect of the work.
