I have been working in the call center industry for almost 3 years. Before that I was working on Macys as a Perfume vendor, at Macys Plaza in Downtown La, Los Angeles CA. I live in USA for 3 years and I do have experience in sales, not only when I was in Macys, also I was involved with the herbalife company, the shakes company. Then I came to Nicaragua, my home land, and start my journey in the call centers.
