Giorgi Kitiashvili

I'm a passionate back-end developer with over a 2 years of professional experience at Lineate, where I've had the opportunity to work across diverse industries including healthcare technology, education, digital advertising, and financial services. Currently based in Tbilisi, Georgia, I specialize in building scalable, robust backend systems using Java, Python, and Kotlin.

My technical expertise spans the full backend development stack, from designing microservices architectures with Spring Boot and Micronaut to managing complex database systems with MySQL, PostgreSQL, and Oracle. I'm particularly drawn to solving challenging problems in distributed systems and have hands-on experience with cloud technologies, containerization with Docker, and CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.

What sets me apart is my ability to adapt quickly to different business domains and legacy systems. Whether I'm developing ETL processes for healthcare platforms, implementing new features for educational technology, or maintaining real-time bidding systems for digital advertising, I bring a problem-solving mindset and attention to detail that ensures reliable, maintainable code.

Currently pursuing my Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Computer Science at Free University of Tbilisi (graduating December 2025), I'm continuously expanding my knowledge in areas like distributed systems, cybersecurity, and artificial intelligence.
