HR professional with extensive experience in Benefits, HR Business Partnering,

companies and fintechs
I have designed, implemented, and managed benefits programs in 10
countries including the USA, Canada, Brazil, and Ireland. Additionally, I
successfully conducted a vendor change for a global benefits policy
covering over 1000 employees across 60+ countries
Redesigned and managed benefits in multinational (+5000 lives) and
Fintech environments (+120 lives)
From scratch, I established the entire HR department for Mutual, a fintech
company, growing the staff from 60 to 116 employees in under a year with
less than 20% turnover.
I structured the HR operations from the ground up for, scaling from 0 to
600 employees and managing all HR subsystems at that location.
