Good Day!

Iam Gio Franco G. Ballano, currently residing in the Philippines. I have finished the course of Aircraft Maintenance Technology. I graduated on 2019 and had some working experience on my related field up until the pandemic in 2020. The aviation industry took a massive hit during the pandemic and I had to adjust during these changing times. During the pandemic, the only jobs that weren't heavily affected were healthworkers and people who worked from home. This is where I found out about these type of jobs and I landed myself a job as a Shopify Catalog VA with DM Distribution.

I am a Shopify Catalog VA that has been working with Shopify for quite some time now and I can comfortably navigate it's admin.

I have also worked as a Customer Service Representative with Sitel Corp. and I can definitely share what I have learned from my experience to contribute to your success. I have handled email, chat and phone.
