Hi good morning my name is Ginabel Cabasan, you can call me Gina or Bella, I've been in the BPO industry for almost 8years as Sales rep, Inbound Billing rep and technical support to one of the known company here in the philippines. It helps me develop my skills even more in helping the customer, understding them and fix their issue. The most recent company I've been with was with Teleperformace CDO been there for 2yrs and 11months. I started as customer service rep then got promoted as tech support rep hybrid. I always hit beyond qouta and keep on receiving perfomance bonus every month. Why I left my job?
