I have been in the BPO Industry for 8 years..

I increased my skillset from my stay with different BPO Companies,

My first job was an order entry specialist under Accenture Inc. for the Charter Communications. I was handling Local Number Portability

After that, still under Accenture, I was transferred to the AT&T Account to do Audio Transcriptions for the AT&T Mashup Portal.

My next Job with a new BPO Company was with Startek Ltd. Under the AOL Desktop account as a Chat Support Representative, then was transferred to TWC Account to do Order Entry for the TWC Tripleplay Bundle.

My Next job was with Inspiro under the Western Union Account as a Customer Service Representative for money transfer money remittance customers.

My next job was with Ocwen Business Solutions as an inbound outbound collections customer care for mortgage.

My next job was with Eperformax under the Paypal account as an inbound customer service representative.

My next job was with Convergys/Concentrix under the Citibank account as an inbound/outbound Debit cards fraud analyst and an Electronic Fraud Analyst respectively.

My next job was with Conduit Global under the Verizon postpaid account as a Chat support representative.

My last job was with Sykes asia under the Google account and was assigned under Google Nest as a Technical Support Representative for their Thermostat and Smoke/CO2 Alarm.

I have learned a lot of things being in that environment where you get to have proper product training and I was able to familiarize a lot of tools KBs Systems etc.

I'm new to Hubstaff, I am willing to be trained if needed for a specific job. My hourly rate is negotiable.
