I have gained hands on experience managing customer relationships through my pastry business, where i interact with customers daily. My responsibilities include responding to inquiries, processing orders, handling complaints, tracking deliveries, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. This experience has strengthened my ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage different types of customers effectively, even in high pressure situations.

I am familiar with customer support tools such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, and Intercom, and i am comfortable learning and adapting to new systems quickly. I understand the importance of timely responses, proper documentation, and maintaining a positive brand image when communicating with customers.
