As psychiatric nurse, I make sure my patients are well treated.

I make sure,well care plan is provided to all my patients in order for my patients to have well treatment.

I make sure I follow my care plan to care for my patients.

I serve prescribe medications, assist my patients in bathing if possible.

Recreational therapy are done every afternoon for my patients to feel happy and sociable at the facility.

I conduct mental state examination are done for specific patients at a specific date to know the recovering.

All my patients are under proper observation on the facility when I'm on duty.

Aside providing care for mental health patients, I also provide care for general patients.

Regular communication and proper assurance are engage with my patients to know what the patients need or feel.

Regular vitals signs and head to toe examination are done to check abnormalities or wound on the patients and treat them.
