Giancarlo Renzi

Born and raised in Costa Rica. 

Graduated from Véritas University(CRC) with a Bachelor degree in Product Design and a Master’s in Product Design and Development at Elisava Escola Universitària de Disseny i Enginyeria at Barcelona. I’ve always loved the concept of design, the idea of creating itself be it: products, music, architecture, fashion, photography, or food. Every design sprouts from an idea, a concept, the material you want to use, a finishing touch you want to emphasize, the way it shapes the space around you, the emotion on a chord, or even the beat of a drum. I believe design is more than just finding a need and fulfilling it, but asking yourself why, what experience does the user have with the design, can it positively impact the user’s day to day life or is it just a strong emotional one time interaction?
