My decades of work experience had honed me to build numerous skills in analytical thinking, crafting strategies, and planning at management level. I have built my people skills especially in training and coaching wherein I was able to lead as much as 21 personnel at a given project, without major issues from our customers. I can effectively communicate across the organization and with good interpersonal skills to go with it. Aside from my exposure to the corporate world, I was also an experienced sales associate and operator at an online micro-retail store. I was able to efficiently maintain the stock inventory by ensuring regular product replenishment. Also served by replying to customer inquiries, upselling, managing payments and logistics.

Recently, I have gained additional knowledge on social media management and other related skills through online trainings and self-paced lessons. These prepared me further in my future endeavors in freelancing.
