Hello! My name is Ghase G. Olayao, graduate of Bachelor of Technical Teacher Education, major in Chemistry, from Marikina Polytechnic College. My professional journey has been a unique blend of education, creative design, social media management, and administrative support, allowing me to develop a diverse skill set and a strong adaptability to different work environments.
Over the years, I have gained hands-on experience in both creative and technical roles. Most recently, I served as the Social Media Manager and Proprietor of my online cake shop, where I managed the end-to-end process of content creation, scheduling, community engagement, and performance tracking. This role sharpened my skills in visual design, marketing, and customer communication while managing the operational aspects of an online business.
In addition, I worked as an Online Assistant and Graphic Designer for Photo Republic Generation. There, I handled client document management and created professional, high-quality designs using tools like Adobe Photoshop and Canva, ensuring that each output met both brand standards and client expectations.
My earlier career in education as a Science Teacher for Junior and Senior High School allowed me to develop strong organizational, instructional, and leadership skills. I created curriculum-aligned lesson plans, facilitated laboratory experiments, and guided students in understanding complex scientific concepts. I also worked as an Online English Tutor, teaching learners from various backgrounds, including those with special needs, using platforms like Zoom and Google Meet.
Beyond teaching and design, I have held roles as an Inventory Specialist, Registrar/Admin Staff, and Graphic Designer. These positions strengthened my expertise in data management, record organization, multitasking, and administrative coordination.
I am proficient in Google Workspace, MS Office, CapCut, social media platforms, CRM systems, and e-commerce tools. My continuous learning mindset is reflected in my completed training programs, including Executive Assistant Skills, Bookkeeping, Cybersecurity Awareness, and ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System familiarization.
