I'm Gerson Ysmael Musa. Worked as Team Leader for a Real Estate Client in the US, which handled IDX Data for customer listings, as well as Monthly client reports to be sent to our partner MLSes, while assisting customers and our support reps with JIRA Tickets and Salesforce Tickets.
