Gerlyn Vie Tindoc

Hola! I’m Gerlyn Vie  Valencia-Tindoc, a social media manager, ESL tutor  and virtual assistant, who’s ardent enough to aid you in making  your dreams come true in the field of marketing and business! Vamos! 

Primarily, I was working as a Medical Technologist when I got into teaching English as a Secondary Language to Asians and Europeans. I got more excited about handling people from different cultures and ages. I have always been assertive in communicating with students knowing that they are from a different country and with different beliefs, I make sure there is understanding and respect all throughout our sessions.  I am goal-oriented. I pay close attention to details necessary for given tasks and I ensure that objectives are met within a certain timeline. As a home-based online worker since 2015, it’s important for me to be decisive. I work independently and I make decisions that are time-sensitive and well-informed.

Being purposeful in all the things that I do allows me to take responsibility consciously and constantly be concerned with the actions necessary to achieve one’s goals. I encourage conducive communication within a group or with clients because I, myself, am opinionated. I suppose that obtaining more thorough and diversified knowledge-based information from everybody engaged will result in a better solution.

Moreover, I am a quick learner who can follow directions well and work with little to no supervision. I am able to multitask while retaining a primary focus on important tasks. I conduct myself with honesty, sincerity, and professionalism. I am continuously on the lookout for new ideas. All of these attributes, I believe, are the standards I set for myself in order to fully clients in achieving company goals as I assist you on the back end.

My degree of experience isn't particularly high right now, but I'm always willing to learn more, try new things, and take on new challenges.
